We sell Support Blocks in 6, 12 and
24 hours and in two flavors: Scheduled Maintenance or Remote
Administration. Buy Scheduled Maintenance in 12 or 24 hour Blocks
for regularly scheduled onsite maintenance. Buy Remote
Administration in 6 or 12 hour blocks for ad hoc Web or phone time
billed in 15 minute increments only when you need it. It helps you
because you know we are available to you on a regular basis, and it
helps us because we know
we will be working with you on a regular basis. Things don’t get to
the "crisis" level and so it makes both our lives easier.
Because it helps us both out, we
offer Support Blocks at a reduced rate. We ask for a regularly
scheduled time to work with you on administrative tasks. Not all our
services are covered under support blocks, but the major admin tasks
are.
With Support Blocks, we will assign a
Consultant to your account who will work with you on a consistent
basis. You and the consultant will agree on the scope of work
depending on the program you choose. You will get an experienced CRM
consultant who will work with you to maintain and grow your CRM
application.
