Interlinx Support Blocks

You have your software loaded, the database is cleaned up and ready to go. Your users are trained, and ready to rip… Now who is going to keep your finely tuned systems running smoothly over the years to come???

That’s where Interlinx Associates can come to the rescue. We work closely with many companies that just don’t have the staff availability or bandwidth to support specialized software like ACT!, Sage CRM or SalesLogix. That’s where the Interlinx Support Blocks come in.

Our goal is to make your CRM—Customer Relationship Management –experience the best we possibly can. Sometimes that means taking the application administration burden off of you and putting it on us. Support Blocks can do that for you.

We sell Support Blocks in 6, 12 and 24 hours and in two flavors: Scheduled Maintenance or Remote Administration. Buy Scheduled Maintenance in 12 or 24 hour Blocks for regularly scheduled onsite maintenance. Buy Remote Administration in 6 or 12 hour blocks for ad hoc Web or phone time billed in 15 minute increments only when you need it. It helps you because you know we are available to you on a regular basis, and it helps us because we know we will be working with you on a regular basis. Things don’t get to the "crisis" level and so it makes both our lives easier.

Because it helps us both out, we offer Support Blocks at a reduced rate. We ask for a regularly scheduled time to work with you on administrative tasks. Not all our services are covered under support blocks, but the major admin tasks are.

With Support Blocks, we will assign a Consultant to your account who will work with you on a consistent basis. You and the consultant will agree on the scope of work depending on the program you choose. You will get an experienced CRM consultant who will work with you to maintain and grow your CRM application.

Items Covered:

Administrative Tasks

  • User, Team, and Field Level Security management
  • Adding new users
  • Realign activities and territories
  • Create and distribute remote user databases
  • Manage Library (SalesLogix only)
  • Simple Templates
  • Merge data records (with client input)
  • Add or edit picklists

Perform data maintenance functions

  • Import lead lists
  • Monitor remote sync activity
  • Monitor database and system performance
  • Perform Integrity Checking of database
  • Duplicate checking of data records

Implement simple customizations

  • Add fields to forms or views

Apply maintenance updates including Hot Fixes and standard Service Packs

  • Please note: customers with highly customized implementations may need additional service to apply service pack updates.

Exclusions:

The following services are not included in Support Blocks.

  • Crystal Reports composition
  • Complex Templates (SalesLogix only)
  • Data migration and imports
  • Installation of version upgrades
  • Complex customizations
  • Assistance with integrated or third party products
  • Customizations or maintenance of any kind including IT services not related to the applications supported by Interlinx.

Buy Scheduled Maintenance for onsite 2 hour services. Buy Remote Administration for Web or phone time billed in 15 minute increments. Good for one year from date of purchase. Use it or lose it. Ask for the Interlinx Rules of Engagement for more details.
