Interlinx Associates offers two ways to get Technical Support.
We can either make a visit to your location or work with you remotely.
Depending on the situation, either method can be very effective.
We make house calls!
We can come to your site and work with you to resolve ACT! by Sage
issues or work with you to maximize ACT! by Sage's productivity in
your work environment. We have a two hour minimum visit for on site
ACT! by Sage Support. As a
general rule, Interlinx Associates won't make home office on-site
visits, but...
We can solve your technical issues remotely!
This is an attractive, time-saving alternative to an on site visit.
Maybe you have some technical issues or bugs you need to have
addressed. You have tried the manufacturer's website, but the
troubleshooting guide just doesn't seem to solve your issues. We can
walk you through a solution by phone, or to take a "hands on" approach
and set up a virtual meeting using PC Magazine's award winning GoToMeeting®
software. With GoToMeeting® we can remotely access your computer to
solve your technical issues. GoToMeeting® allows you to have virtual
"on site" technical support anywhere you can get an internet connection!

Consultants available to help with your technical issues, and if we can't
get back to you right away, we will call you back as soon as we can. We bill our
Remote Tech Support out in 15 minute increments at your billing rate.
Most questions can be answered in the first 15 minutes. Time we take
to research issues that go beyond 15 minutes are also billed, but
you don't have to wait around for us. We can get back to you by
phone with the answers.
