Course: Lookups and Queries
Intended audience
Lookups and queries will help you learn to mine the data that you
are collecting on your contacts. In this Cyber Course, you will
learn the basics of Lookups, and have the opportunity to see how
advanced queries work.

- Go beyond the basic lookup fields
- Lookup annual events
- Using beginning and ending dates to find
modified/not modified activities
- Using "By Example"
- Advanced Queries
- Adding a query to the menu
Your enrollment must be paid in advance by credit card or
check. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an internet
link and dial in phone number for the class. Classes may be
cancelled.
Length: 1 hour
Cost: $150/hour or $75 per student
