Interlinx offers facilitated CRM SEA Sessions to help you identify, develop, align, and implement your company strategy.  A typical CRM SEA session will consist of one to two days of onsite discovery, working throughout the organization from senior managers to individual contributors. 
 
Our business consultants have specialized in Customer Relationship Management and use a data gathering tool, Mindjet MindManager, to capture information.  Then, by comparing what is actually happening on a day to day basis to business goals and objectives, Interlinx will not only work with you to understand the findings, but come back with business recommendations on strategy development, alignment to goals, and implementation tactics.
